What separates us is that we meet companies where they are. We don’t offer a one-size-fits-all solution. Sometimes this requires us to get involved early to coach the transformation leaders on obtaining the necessary executive commitment and alignment.
We can also develop and implement customized transformation plans for those in need of new thinking. These plans are inclusive of training, executive/program governance, tracking tool rollout, metrics definition and execution, and communication strategy.
For companies further along in their Agile journey, we provide enterprise, program, and team level coaching based on what stage of change they’re at.
We begin every Agile transformation with a readiness/maturity analysis to assess the company across several dimensions:

Once completed, and from our deep understanding of Agile and Lean principles, we customize a transformation plan (or modify one if already in place) to the needs of the organization. Unlike traditional Agile implementations, where consultants recommend jumping right into one of the Agile methodologies, our approach provides a holistic guide that is achievable and sustainable.

Meet Jason Wrubel
Founder and President of Virsent
Jason has worked with hundreds of executives and teams to help accelerate their growth and success through large-scale Agile transformations.
His industry know-how comes from over 20 years of leading and coaching teams at both large and small companies. He has witnessed many companies from top to bottom struggle with Agile and knows the value of asking the right questions across all levels and uncovering what makes an organization tick. His philosophy and non-traditional approach to Agile transformations are why companies across a variety of industries trust Virsent to achieve sustainable success.
It’s also led him to write his first book, The Dolphin and the Tortoise. Inside, he shares that for a company to fully realize the benefits of Agile, it first must gain self-awareness about the strengths, weaknesses, corporate maturity, culture, and leadership team it possesses.
Jason’s love of learning, his drive, and his curiosity to help others succeed stemmed from growing up in a family of entrepreneurs in New York City. He received a Bachelor of Arts at The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, studying economics, history, and business. Jason currently resides in New York City with his wife, daughter and son.
